छह महीने के भीतर प्रदेश में एकल आवास को छोड़कर सभी पुराने होटल, ग्रुप हाउसिंग, प्लाटेड, मल्टीप्लेक्स, गेस्ट हाउस, लॉज और अन्य गैर आवासीय भवनों में ई-चार्जिंग स्टेशन बनेंगे। कैबिनेट बैठक में हुए निर्णय के तहत आवास विभाग ने इसका शासनादेश जारी करते हुए छह माह का समय निर्धारित किया है।

दरअसल, दो मार्च को हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया था। इसके तहत जहां नए निर्माण कार्यों के नक्शे पास करने के लिए ई-चार्जिंग इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर बनाना अनिवार्य किया गया था तो वहीं पुरानी इमारतों में भी ई-चार्जिंग इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर तैयार करने का फैसला हुआ था। इस फैसले के तहत आवास विभाग ने जो शासनादेश जारी किया है, उसमें स्पष्ट तौर पर कहा गया है कि छह माह के भीतर सभी पुरानी इमारतों में ये इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर तैयार करना है।

पुरानी इमारतों में कुल स्वीकृत पार्किंग में तीन प्रतिशत पर दो पहिया और एक प्रतिशत पर चार पहिया वाहनों के चार्जिंग की व्यवस्था करनी होगी। आवासीय सोसाइटी में रेजीडेंट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन की ओर से परियोजना की मांग के अनुसार प्रावधान किया जा सकेगा। 

नए निर्माण में ज्यादा बनाने होंगे ई-चार्जिंग स्टेशन

1500 वर्ग मीटर से अधिक जमीन पर (एकल आवास को छोड़कर) जो भी स्वीकृत पार्किंग होगी, उसमें से 10 प्रतिशत हिस्सा दो पहिया और पांच प्रतिशत हिस्सा चार पहिया वाहनों के ई-चार्जिंग स्टेशन के लिए तैयार करना होगा। कुल इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल चार्जिंग की व्यवस्था दो पहिया के लिए 60 प्रतिशत तो चार प्रतिशत के लिए 40 प्रतिशत करनी होगी। चूंकि दो पहिया ई-वाहनो की संख्या में तेजी से इजाफा हो रहा है।

 

100 वर्गमीटर में बना सकेंगे सार्वजनिक चार्जिंग स्टेशन

दो पहिया वाहनों की चार्जिंग के लिए 100 वर्गमीटर भूमि पर सार्वजनिक चार्जिंग स्टेशन बना सकेंगे। शासनादेश के मुताबिक, जमीन का यह नियम संबंधित कंपनी के मानक के हिसाब से घटाया भी जा सकता है। ध्यान रहे कि यह ऐसी जगह होनी चाहिए, जहां वाहन आसानी से आ-जा सके। सड़क के किनारे लंबी लाइन भी न लगानी पड़े।
