देहरादून : चारधाम यात्रा पर जाने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा को उत्तराखंड नागरिक उड्डयन विकास प्राधिकरण (युकाडा) ने रुद्रप्रयाग जिले के तीन हेलीपैड गुप्तकाशी, फाटा और सिरसी में तीन-तीन टिकट केंद्र स्थापित किए हैं। ये केंद्र श्रद्धालुओं को तत्काल श्रेणी में उपलब्ध सीटों पर आन स्‍पॉट बुकिंग की स्थिति की जानकारी देंगे। इसके अलावा श्रद्धालुओं को इस बार से स्लाट के आधार पर ही हेली सेवा मिल सकेगी।

युकाडा के एसीईओ अनिल सिंह गब्रियाल ने बताया कि इस बार हेली कंपनियों ने यात्रियों की सहायता के लिए टिकट केंद्र स्थापित किए हैं। इन केंद्रों पर यात्रियों को खाली सीटों की जानकारी दी जाएगी, लेकिन हेलीसेवा लेने के लिए यात्रियों को आन स्‍पॉट बुकिंग स्वयं अपने स्मार्ट फोन या लैपटाप से आइआरसीटीसी की वेबसाइट के जरिये करनी होगी।

बताया कि यात्री जिस हेलीपैड पर होंगे, उन्हें उसी स्थान से टिकट दिया जाएगा। साथ ही 12 घंटे रोजाना संचालित होने वाली हेली सेवा में तीन-तीन घंटों के चार स्लाट बनाए गए हैं। जिसमें यात्रियों को उनके स्लाट के अनुसार ही सेवा मिलेगी। बताया कि अगर यात्री किसी कारण से तय स्लाट के समय अंतराल में नहीं पहुंच पाता है, तो उसको अगले स्लाट का मौका उसी टिकट पर नहीं दिया जाएगा। टिकटों को रद भी नहीं किया जाएगा।

सुरक्षा के लिए घाटी में लगाए जा रहे कैमरे
विगत वर्ष चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान हुई हेलीकाप्टर दुर्घटना को देखते हुए इस वर्ष युकाडा की ओर से घाटियों में कैमरे लगाए जा रहे हैं। इससे घाटी से गुजरने वाले हेलीकाप्टर के उड़ने से पहले मौसम व अन्य जानकारी मिल जाएगी। जिससे दुर्घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगेगा।

टिकट के नाम पर धोखाधड़ी रोकने के लिए उठाया कदम
एसीईओ अनिल सिंह गब्रियाल ने बताया कि विगत वर्ष जीएमवीएन की फर्जी वेबसाइट बनाकर टिकट बुकिंग शुरू कर दी गई थी। इससे यात्री ठगी का शिकार हो जाते थे। इसे देखते हुए इस बार टिकट बुकिंग संबंधी अनुबंध आइआरसीटीसी के साथ किया गया है।
