ऋषिकेश: नगर निगम बोर्ड की बजट बैठक में भाजपा के ही पार्षदों ने अधिकारियों की कार्यप्रणाली को लेकर हंगामा किया। पार्षद बहिष्कार कर बैठक से चले गए। आरोप लगाया कि एक साल से आम बैठक नहीं बुलाई गई। विकास के मुद्दों पर चर्चा नहीं हो रही।

ऋषिकेश नगर निगम में सोमवार को बजट बैठक बुलाई गई। बोर्ड बैठक शुरू होते ही पार्षदों ने हंगामा करना शुरू कर दिया, भाजपा के पार्षद शिव कुमार गौतम ने बैठक में अधिकारियों की कार्यशैली से नाराज होकर बोर्ड बैठक का बहिष्कार कर दिया। शिव कुमार गौतम के साथ राजू दिवाकर, प्रभाकर शर्मा, सुंदरी कंडवाल और लता तिवारी ने भी बजट बोर्ड बैठक का बहिष्कार किया। शिव कुमार गौतम ने बताया कि नगर निगम कि पूर्व में हुई बोर्ड बैठक में जिन प्रस्ताव को पास किया गया था उन पर अभी तक काम नहीं हो पाया है। अधिकारी किसी भी कार्य को करने को तैयार नहीं हैं।

बजट बैठक से पहले आम बैठक को बुलाया जाना चाहिए, जब तक आम बैठक नहीं बुलाई जाती तब तक इस बजट बैठक का कोई औचित्य नहीं है।भाजपा पार्षद सुंदरी कंडवाल ने बताया कि नगर निगम के चाहे अधिकारी हो अथवा चतुर्थ श्रेणी के कर्मचारी कोई भी कार्य करने को तैयार नहीं है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से शहरी क्षेत्र में शामिल होने के बाद उनको उम्मीद थी कि जिस तरह से शहरी क्षेत्रों में सुविधाएं लोगों को मिलती हैं वही सुविधाएं यहां के क्षेत्रवासियों को ही मिलेगी। लेकिन आज हम सब लोग खुद को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रहे हैं।

कांग्रेस के पार्षद भी विरोध करते आए नजर

बोर्ड बैठक में कांग्रेस के पार्षद भी विरोध करते नजर आए। कांग्रेसी पार्षद राधा रमोला ने अधिकारियों पर जमकर निशाना साधा और बोर्ड बैठक का बहिष्कार कर जाने लगे। हालांकि कुछ देर तक हंगामा चलने के बाद उनके साथी पार्षदों के मनाने पर वह बैठक में शामिल हुई।
