देहरादून। उत्तराखंड व उत्तर प्रदेश के बीच अतंरराज्यीय बस सेवा शुरू नहीं होने से जहां उत्तराखंड को दिक्कतों को सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं, उत्तर प्रदेश रोडवेज की स्थिति अब भी ठीक है। बाहर जाने वाले यात्री बार्डर तक स्थानीय बसों व अन्य संसाधनों से पहुंच रहे हैं। उसके बाद उप्र रोडवेज की बसों से आगे का सफर कर रहे हैं। सभी बार्डर पर पड़ोसी राज्य की गाडिय़ां लगातार मिल रही है। उत्तराखंड रोडवेज की वित्तीय स्थिति भी इस चक्कर में लगातार गड़बड़ा रही है।

डेढ़ महीने से अंतरराज्यीय परिवहन पर पाबंदी है। ऐसे में कुमाऊं के लोगों को दिल्ली, उप्र से लेकर राजधानी देहरादून तक जाने के लिए रोडवेज की बसें नहीं मिल पा रही है। दून जाने के लिए रास्ते में उप्र होकर गुजरना पड़ता है। इसलिए वहां भी संचालन बंद है। निगम मुख्यालय द्वारा उप्र रोडवेज को कई बार पत्र भेज बसों को अपने वहां एंट्री देने की मांग की जा चुकी है। लेकिन अभी तक अनुमति नहीं मिल सकी।

वहीं, इस स्थिति में उत्तराखंड से बाहर जाने के लिए अब उप्र रोडवेज ही सहारा है। निगम अफसरों के मुताबिक बरेली से आगे लखनऊ आदि रूट पर जाने के लिए सवारी किच्छा, सहारनपुर आदि मार्ग पर जाने को जसपुर बार्डर व नोएडा-गाजियाबाद के लिए रुद्रपुर बार्डर तक सवारियां लेकर जाती है। यहां सवारियों को अपनी सीमा में उतारने के बाद टेंपो-रिक्शा लेना पड़ता है। बार्डर पार करने के बाद उप्र की बसें मिल जाती है।
