रुद्रपुर : श्रमिक को फैक्ट्री में जबरन मशीन पर काम करने को लगा दिया। काम के दौरान जब उसकी अंगुलियां मशीन की चपेट में आकर कट गई तो उसे मुआवजा तो दिया नहीं, काम से भी निकाल दिया। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।

ग्राम बंजरिया पोस्ट सियाठेरी तहसील बहेड़ी जनपद बरेली उत्तर प्रदेश निवासी दुर्वेश सिंह पुत्र परमाल सिंह ने पुलिस को दी तहरीर में कहा था कि वह राजा कॉलोनी ट्रांजिट कैंप रुद्रपुर में रह कर ग्राम मलसा गिरधरपुर रुद्रपुर स्थित प्लास्टिक दाना व पन्नी बनाने वाली कंपनी मैसर्स जिंदल में लोडिंग व अनलोडिंग का काम करता है।

आठ जनवरी अपराह्न करीब 1:45 बजे मशीन पर काम करने के लिए कहा गया। उसके द्वारा मशीन चलाने के लिए प्रशिक्षित न होने का हवाला देते हुए मशीन पर काम करने से मना कर दिया। सुपरवाइजर राजीव गंगवार व ठेकेदार श्याम सिंह ने प्लांट हेड व कंपनी मालिक के आदेश का हवाला देते हुए जबरन उसे मशीन पर काम करने का दबाव बनाया।

गरीब परिवार से होने के कारण नौकरी जाने के भय से वह मशीन पर काम करने लग गया। मशीन पर काम करते समय उसके दाएं हाथ की चार अंगुलियां मशीन की चपेट में आ कर कट गईं। उसके घायल होने पर उसे एक निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराने के बाद सब उसे छोड़ कर चले गए। उसकी अंगुलियां कट जाने के कारण वह पूर्ण रूप से अपंग हो गया तो कंपनी से उसे काम पर रखने से भी मना कर दिया।

ठेकेदार भी उसको कोई मुआवज़ा नहीं दे रहा है। जब उसने पता किया तो जानकारी मिली की उसका इसीआइसी और इपीएफ में भी नाम नहीं है। पुलिस ने ठेकेदार श्याम सिंह व सुपरवाइजर राजीव गंगवार के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
