ऋषिकेश: थाना रायवाला पुलिस ने एक व्यक्ति को 6.85 ग्राम स्मैक सहित गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस के मुताबिक आरोपित डोईवाला का हिस्ट्रीशीटर है। एनडीपीएस एक्ट में वह जेल जा चुका है। उसके खिलाफ पहले से 10 मामले दर्ज हैं।

थानाध्यक्ष भूवनचंद्र पुजारी ने बताया कि रायवाला थाना क्षेत्रांतर्गत खांडगांव के पास स्थित पेट्रोल पंप के पास चेकिंग के दौरान हरिद्वार की ओर से पैदल आ रहे एक संदिग्ध व्यक्ति को रोककर चेक किया गया तो इसके पास से स्मैक बरामद हुई। पुलिस की ओर से पूछने पर इसने अपना नाम जाकिर हुसैन पुत्र मौ. हनीफ निवासी नियामवाला थाना डोईवाला जनपद देहरादून बताया।

बरामद स्मैक कुल 6.85 ग्राम है।

पुलिस के मुताबिक आरोपित थाना डोईवाला का पंजीकृत हिस्ट्रीशीटर है, जो कि पहले भी एनडीपीएस अधिनियम के अपराध मे जेल मे सजा काट चुका है। इसके खिलाफ थाना डोईवाला में एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत पहले से 10 मामले दर्ज हैं।

पूछताछ करने पर आरोपित ने बताया क‍ि यह स्मैक वह ललतारा पुल के पास से खरीद कर लाया। यह स्मैक वह थोड़ी-थोड़ी मात्रा में स्कूल कालेज के छात्रों को बेचकर अपना खर्चा चलाता है।
