उत्‍तरकाशी :  यूकेएसएसएससी की स्नातक स्तरीय परीक्षा के पेपर लीक मामले में हाकम सिंह रावत की गिरफ्तारी के बाद अब उत्तरकाशी के कई व्यक्तियों के नाम सामने आ रहे हैं। जिनमें से एक विधायक के भाई का नाम भी चर्चाओं में है।

बताया जा रहा है कि विधायक के उक्‍त भाई के छह करीबी व्यक्तियों का चयन इस परीक्षा में हुआ है। सूत्रों के अनुसार ये सभी एसटीएफ की रडार पर हैं।

12 घंटे पूछताछ के बाद भाजपा नेता हाकम सिंह रावत गिरफ्तार

उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग (यूकेएसएसएससी) के पेपर लीक (UKSSSC Paper Leak) प्रकरण में एसटीएफ ने मास्टरमाइंड उत्तरकाशी के भाजपा नेता एवं जिला पंचायत सदस्य (जखोल) हाकम सिंह रावत को 12 घंटे की पूछताछ के बाद रविवार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

आरोपित से पूछताछ में कई चौंकाने वाली बातें सामने आई हैं।
हाकम सिंह ने देहरादून और उत्तर प्रदेश के धामपुर में 55 से 60 अभ्यर्थियों से पेपर हल करवाए थे। इसके बदले उसने हर अभ्यर्थी से 12 से 15 लाख रुपये लिए। इस प्रकरण में एसटीएफ अब तक 18 आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है।

एसटीएफ के एसएसपी अजय सिंह के अनुसार, इस प्रकरण में हाकम सिंह के परिचित उत्तराखंड और उत्तर प्रदेश के कुछ अन्य सफेदपोशों की संलिप्तता भी सामने आ रही है। पर्याप्त साक्ष्य जुटाने के बाद उनकी गिरफ्तारी भी की जाएगी। वहीं, भाजपा ने हाकम सिंह को छह वर्ष के लिए पार्टी से निष्कासित कर दिया है।

एसएसपी अजय सिंह ने बताया कि हाकम सिंह के लेन-देन का हिसाब उत्तरकाशी के राजकीय इंटर कालेज (मोरी) में तैनात व्यायाम शिक्षक तनुज शर्मा रखता था।

आरोपित तनुज को एसटीएफ शनिवार को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है। वहीं, हाकम सिंह की गिरफ्तारी से उसके करीबी कुछ सफेदपोशों में भी हलचल पैदा हो गई है। इनके साथ हाकम सिंह की इंटरनेट मीडिया पर तमाम फोटो हैं।

हिमाचल प्रदेश में घुसकर फरार होने की फिराक में था हाकम
हाकम सिंह शनिवार देर शाम पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ा था। उस वक्त वह पंजाब नंबर की कार से उत्तरकाशी के आराकोट होते हुए हिमाचल प्रदेश की सीमा में घुसकर फरार होने की फिराक में था।

हाकम सिंह के पकड़े जाने की सूचना मिलते ही एसटीएफ की टीम उत्तरकाशी रवाना हुई और देर रात आरोपित को देहरादून लेकर पहुंची। यहां एसटीएफ ने हाकम सिंह से रात एक बजे पूछताछ शुरू की, जो अगले दिन रविवार को दोपहर तक जारी रही।

रविवार को दोपहर एक बजे एसटीएफ ने आरोपित को गिरफ्तार करने की पुष्टि की। एसएसपी अजय सिंह ने बताया कि हाकम सिंह के करीबी और विश्वासपात्र तनुज शर्मा से पूछताछ में प्रश्नपत्र लीक करवाने में हाकम सिंह की भूमिका सामने आई।

55 से 60 अभ्यर्थियों को करवाई थी नकल
एसएसपी अजय सिंह के अनुसार, हाकम सिंह वर्तमान में उत्तरकाशी के जखोल से जिला पंचायत सदस्य है। इससे पूर्व वह वर्ष 2008 से वर्ष 2013 तक ग्राम प्रधान लिवाड़ी भी रहा।

पूछताछ में आरोपित ने स्वीकार किया कि उसने दिसंबर 2021 में यूकेएसएसएससी की ओर से आयोजित स्नातक स्तरीय भर्ती परीक्षा का प्रश्नपत्र लीक करवाया था।

हाकम सिंह ने उत्तर प्रदेश के रहने वाले कुछ संदिग्धों के बारे में अहम जानकारी दी है। उसने शिक्षक तनुज शर्मा के रायपुर स्थित घर में परीक्षा से पूर्व 25 अभ्यर्थियों को पेपर याद करवाया था।

इसके अलावा 30 अभ्यर्थियों को अलग-अलग वाहनों से उत्तर प्रदेश के धामपुर ले जाकर एक घर में अभ्यर्थियों को पेपर याद करवाया और परीक्षा से दो घंटे पूर्व अलग-अलग सेंटर में उन्हें छोड़ा।

हर अभ्यर्थी से किया 12 से 15 लाख रुपये का सौदा
आरोपित हाकम सिंह ने बताया कि उसने हर अभ्यर्थी से नकल करवाने के लिए 12 से 15 लाख रुपये में सौदा किया था। इसमें कुछ धनराशि अग्रिम तौर पर ली गई तो कुछ पेपर पास होने के बाद मिलनी थी।

इस बीच जब पेपर लीक होने की शिकायतें आने लगीं तो कुछ अभ्यर्थियों ने धनराशि देने से मना कर दिया। एसएसपी अजय सिंह ने बताया कि पूर्व में भर्ती परीक्षाओं में हुई गड़बड़ी में भी आरोपित की संलिप्तता के संकेत मिले हैं। जल्द ही उसे रिमांड पर लेकर पूछताछ की जाएगी।

सात अगस्त को आया था उत्तराखंड
इस वर्ष जून में बैंकाक गए हाकम सिंह रावत का नाम जब पेपर लीक प्रकरण में सुर्खियों में आया तो उसने इंटरनेट मीडिया में एक वीडियो पोस्ट कर 10 अगस्त को उत्तराखंड आने की बात कही। उसने मुख्यमंत्री, डीजीपी व एसटीएफ के एसएसपी से मिलने की बात भी कही।

खुद को फंसता देख वह बचाव के लिए सात अगस्त को ही उत्तराखंड पहुंच गया और मंत्रियों के दरबार में पहुंचने लगा। इस बीच वह हरिद्वार भी गया और इसके बाद अपने घर चला गया। शिक्षक तनुज शर्मा की गिरफ्तारी के बाद खुद पर शिकंजा कसता देख वह फरार होने की फिराक में था।
