रानीखेत : भारतीय सेना के कुमाऊं रेजिमेंट सेंटर (KRC) मुख्यालय में अग्निवीर सैनिक भर्ती रैली में उत्तर प्रदेश के बुलंदशहर का युवक फर्जी प्रमाणपत्रों के साथ पकड़ा गया। मिलिट्री व स्थानीय विशेेष खुफिया के साथ आर्मी पुलिस ने संदेह के आधार पर दस्तावेजों की जांच की तो मामला खुल गया।

युवक ने हल्द्वानी से फर्जी स्थायी निवास, जाति व हाईस्कूल का प्रमाणपत्र ही नहीं बल्कि आधार कार्ड भी बनवाया था। खास बात कि फर्जीवाड़े के जरिये सेना में भर्ती होने पहुंचा युवक दौड़ में सफल भी हो गया। अलबत्ता बगैर जांच पड़ताल किए उत्तर प्रदेश के युवक को नैनीताल (उत्तराखंड) का मूल निवासी बता उसके प्रमाणपत्र तैयार करने के मामले में हल्द्वानी प्रशासन की भूमिका संदेह के दायरे में आ गई है।

पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। अंदेशा है कि दबोचा गया युवक किसी बड़े रैकेट का सदस्य हो सकता है और इससे पूर्व भी फर्जी कागजातों का सहारा ले भर्ती रैली में हिस्सा लेने की आशंका है।

केआरसी मुख्यालय के ऐतिहासिक सोमनाथ मैदान में चल रही अग्निवीर भर्ती रैली के चौथे दिन बीते बुधवार को पहला फर्जीवाड़ा पकड़ में आया। प्रीहाइट टेस्ट पास कर हल्द्वानी निवासी ताहिर खान ने 1600 मीटर की दौड़ तय समय में पूरी कर ली।

एडमिट कार्ड के पंजीकरण नंबर ने खोला राज
दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के दौरान दस्तावेज में गड़बड़ी की आशंका में मिलिट्री इंटेलीजेंस व सैन्य पुलिस के साथ ही भर्ती रैली में तैनात सैन्य अधिकारियों ने गहनता से पड़ताल की तो युवक टूट गया। वह मूल रूप से ग्राम अलीपुरा, थाना ककोड़, तहसील सिकंदराबाद जिला बुलंदशहर (उत्तर प्रदेश) निवासी 21 वर्षीय ताहिर खान पुत्र अहसान खान निकला।

उसके सभी प्रमाणपत्र फर्जी पाए गए। तत्काल सेना पुलिस ने सीओ तिलक वर्मा व कोतवाल नासिर हुसैन के सुपुर्द कर दिया गया। बुधवार को आर्मी रिक्रूट अधिकारी अल्मोड़ा की तहरीर पर कोतवाली में ताहिर के विरुद्ध धोखाधड़ी का मुकदमा दर्ज कर कड़ी पूछताछ की गई।

विवेचना में कुछ और मामले खुलने पर धारा 467, 468 व 471 भी बढ़ा दी गईं। सीओ अमित वर्मा के अनुसार पंजीकरण नंबर के क्यूआर कोड को स्कैन करने पर वह ताहिर के बजाय किसी और युवक के नाम का निकला। ताहिर के जाति, स्थायी प्रमाण पत्रों के साथ ही आधार कार्ड फर्जी पाए गए हैं।
