देहरादून: गुरुग्राम (हरियाणा) की एक मोबाइल कंपनी ने दून के कारोबारी को मोबाइल बेचने के नाम पर पांच करोड़ रुपये का चूना लगा दिया। कारोबारी जब गुरुग्राम पहुंचे तो देखा कि कंपनी के कार्यालय पर ताला लटका हुआ था। राजपुर थाना पुलिस ने कंपनी के दो डायरेक्टर, मैनेजर समेत चार आरोपितों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।

नेहा मित्तल निवासी राजपुर रोड ने पुलिस को दी तहरीर में बताया कि टीएनएस सोल्यूशंस नाम से उनकी फर्म है, जिसके माध्यम से वह मोबाइल फोन खरीदने व बेचने का कारोबार करती हैं।

वह गुरुग्राम स्थित मैसर्स एमडीएम टेलीवेंचर प्राइवेट कंपनी से एडवांस भुगतान करके मोबाइल फोन खरीदती हैं। वह इस कंपनी के साथ पिछले दो साल से व्यापार कर रही हैं। कंपनी में सिल्का सलोनी व अशोक कुमार साहनी डायरेक्टर, जबकि प्रदीपतो गांगुली मैनेजर व मुनीष मित्तल एकाउंटेंट हैं।

ऐसे लगाया करोड़ों का चूना
22 नवंबर 2022 को प्रदीपतो गांगुली उनके घर आए और कुछ एडवांस रकम देने की बात कही। इस पर नेहा ने कहा कि कंपनी पर पहले से उनका करोड़ों बकाया है, इसलिए पहले पुराना हिसाब क्लीयर करें।

तब प्रदीपतो ने नेहा से कहा कि आप उनके आफिस में आएं फिर वहां कंपनी के डायरेक्टर से मिलकर बात करते हैं। इसके बाद 24 नवंबर को नेहा पति के साथ उक्त कंपनी के कार्यालय पहुंची और एडवांस दिया हुआ अपना पैसा वापस मांगा।

तब कंपनी के डायरेक्टर व मैनेजर ने तीन करोड़ रुपये आरटीजीएस के माध्यम से उनके बैंक खाते में जमा करवा दिए थे। इसके बाद भी उनका पांच करोड़ रुपये कंपनी पर बकाया रह गया। इस पर आरोपितों ने जल्द से जल्द उन्हें लौटाने की बात कही थी।

नेहा ने बताया कि कुछ दिन बाद उन्होंने प्रदीपतो गांगुली को फोन किया तो उन्होंने पैसे लौटाने को लेकर कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया। इसके बाद कंपनी के डायरेक्टर समेत अन्य व्यक्तियों से संपर्क करने की कोशिश की गई तो किसी ने फोन नहीं उठाया। तब उन्हें संदेह हुआ।

आफिस में ताला लगाकर फरार हुए आरोपित
नेहा के अनुसार, 16 फरवरी 2023 को वह गुरुग्राम गई तो देखा कि उक्त कंपनी के आफिस पर ताला लगा हुआ था। जब उन्होंने आसपास जानकारी जुटाई तो पता चला कि कंपनी का आफिस कई दिनों से बंद है।

कंपनी पर कई कारोबारियों का बकाया था। ऐसे में कंपनी के डायरेक्टर समेत अन्य आफिस बंद करके भाग गए। थानाध्यक्ष राजपुर जितेंद्र चौहान ने बताया कि कंपनी की डायरेक्टर सिल्का सिलोनी, अशोक कुमार, मैनेजर प्रदीपतो और एकाउंटेंट मुनीष मित्तल के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है।
