हरिद्वार। गुरु पूर्णिमा के स्नान के अवसर पर शनिवार को हजारों श्रद्धालुओं ने हरिद्वार में गंगा घाटों में पवित्र डुबकी लगाई। इस दौरान कहीं पर भी कोरोना के नियमों का पालन नहीं हुआ। वहीं हरकी पैड़ी क्षेत्र में कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल पालन करवाने के प्रशासन के दावे हवा-हवाई साबित हो रहे हैं। यहां सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन नहीं किया जा रहा है। अधिकतर लोग मास्क पहने नहीं दिखाई दे रहे हैं। शुक्रवार को श्यामपुर बॉर्डर से कांवड़ियों के पांच वाहन लौटाए गए। नारसन, चिड़ियापुर, श्यामपुर, भगवानपुर से 120 वाहनों को वापस लौटाया गया। ये लोग हरिद्वार आ रहे थे और इनके पास आरटीपीसीआर निगेटिव रिपोर्ट नहीं थी। बॉर्डर पर जब वाहन स्वामियों से टेस्ट करवाने के लिए कहा गया तो उन्होंने मना कर दिया। बता दें कि कोरोना के खतरे को देखते हुए 24 जुलाई को गुरु पूर्णिमा का पर्व स्नान सांकेतिक रखा गया था। कहा गया था कि श्री गंगा सभा के लोग और तीर्थ पुरोहित ही सांकेतिक रूप से पूजन कर स्नान करेंगे।

वहीं कांवड़ मेला स्थगित होने के बाद हरिद्वार जिले के बॉर्डर पर पुलिस की सख्ती बढ़ा दी गई है। 25 जुलाई से श्रावण मास भी शुरू हो रहा है। देश के अलग-अलग कोनों में रहने वाले भक्त गुरु पूर्णिमा पर हरिद्वार में रहने वाले अपने गुरुओं का पूजन करने आते हैं, लेकिन इस बार भक्तों को गुरु से आशीर्वाद लेने आने के लिए अपनी 72 घंटे पूर्व की कोविड निगेटिव रिपोर्ट लानी है।

बॉर्डर पर निगेटिव रिपोर्ट दिखाकर ही प्रवेश मिल रहा है। हालांकि, इसके बाद भी गंगा स्नान पर रोक के लिए कहा गया था, लेकिन फिर भी घाटों पर लोगों की भीड़ दिखाई दी। डीएम सी रविशंकर ने गुरुवार को इसके आदेश जारी कर दिए थे।

हरिद्वार में गंगा स्नान

उन्होंने कहा था कि कोविड-19 संक्रमण के प्रसार के दृष्टिगत उत्तराखंड सरकार ने सावन में कांवड़ यात्रा पर प्रतिबंध लगाया है। आदेश दिए थे कि गुरु पूर्णिमा पर बाहरी राज्यों के श्रद्धालुओं के हरिद्वार आने की संभावना है। इससे संक्रमण के प्रसार की आशंका हो सकती है। लिहाजा गुरु पूर्णिमा पर्व स्नान सांकेतिक होगा।

पुलिस और प्रशासन के अधिकारी 24 जुलाई को कोविड-19 के संबंध में केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार की गाइडलाइन का सख्ती से पालन कराएंगे। मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (एसओपी) के अनुपालन के साथ सांकेतिक रूप से गुरु पूर्णिमा का पर्व मनाया जाएगा।
