उत्तराखंड में रोडवेज कर्मचारियों के लिए परिवहन निगम स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति योजना (वीआरएस) को लेकर आएगा। निगम 600 बसों को सीएनजी में बदलेगा। बसों में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर सीसीटीवी, जीपीएस डिवाइस लगाई जाएंगी। बुधवार को परिवहन निगम की 29वीं बोर्ड बैठक में ऐसे ही कई अहम फैसले लिए गए।
परिवहन निगम की बोर्ड बैठक बुधवार को अध्यक्ष एवं अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी की अध्यक्षता में हुई। बैठक में निगम के एमडी नीरज खैरवाल सहित सभी निदेशक शामिल हुए। बोर्ड ने तय किया कि सभी निगम कर्मचारियों और उनके परिजनों के लिए विशेष शिविर लगाकर कोविड-19 वैक्सीनेशन कराई जाएगी। डीजल की कीमतों में लगातार बढ़ोतरी के मद्देनजर निगम ने तय किया है कि 600 रोडवेज बसों को सीएनजी में परिवर्तित किया जाएगा।
इस पर बैठक में सैद्धांतिक सहमति बन गई है, जिसके लिए आवश्यक धनराशि की शासन से मांग की जाएगी। इसकी निविदा भी तत्काल करने के निर्देश दिए गए। निगम की बोर्ड बैठक में इच्छुक कर्मचारियों को वीआरएस देने के संबंध में सैद्धांतिक सहमति बनी। इसके लिए वीआरएस लेने पर विशेष लाभ दिया जाएगा लेकिन जिस पद से कर्मचारी वीआरएस लेगा वह फ्रीज हो जाएगा। वीआरएस के लिए आवश्यक धनराशि की मांग का प्रस्ताव तैयार कर शासन को भेजने का निर्णय लिया गया।
तीन संपत्तियां नीलाम करने जा रहा है परिवहन निगम
निगम की आर्थिक स्थिति सुधारने के लिए देहरादून स्थित गांधी रोड बस स्टेशन, मंडलीय प्रबंधक कार्यालय एवं हरिद्वार रोड स्थित कार्यशाला को नीलामी के माध्यम से बेचने पर बोर्ड बैठक में सैद्धांतिक सहमति दी गई। इसके लिए शासन से अनुुमति लेने के लिए प्रस्ताव भेजा जाएगा। इन तीनों संपत्तियों के लिए अभी तक एमडीडीए ने सर्किल रेट का दोगुना यानी 153 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य लगाया है। तय किया गया है कि बाजार में ऑक्शन किया जाएगा। इसके बाद दोनों में से जो भी रकम ज्यादा होगी, उसे ही यह संपत्ति नीलाम कर दी जाएगी।
महिलाओं, यात्रियों को मिलेगी यह सुविधाएं
बोर्ड बैठक में महिलाओं, यात्रियों एवं सड़क सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत सभी रोडवेज बसों में सीसीटीवी तथा जीपीएस लगाने की सहमति दी गई है। यात्री टिकटों की ऑनलाइन बुकिंग रेड बस, मेक माय ट्रिप, पेटीएम, एमेजॉन, आईआरसीटीसी और गो-ईबिबो के माध्यम से करने के बाद बस ट्रेकिंग की सुविधा देने पर भी सहमति दे दी गई है। यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए निगम की ओर से हेल्पडेस्क और 24 घंटे का आधुनिक कंट्रोल रूम स्थापित करने पर भी बोर्ड ने सहमति दी है।
