देहरादून। कांग्रेस हाईकमान ने हरीश रावत को मुख्यमंत्री का चेहरा घोषित करने से परहेज किया, तो हरदा ने बाईपास पकड़ा और गणेश गोदियाल को संगठन का जिम्मा दिला खुद चुनाव अभियान की कमान थाम ली। सत्ता की दौड़ में कांग्रेस का श्रीगणेश कर हरदा ने पहला मोर्चा तो फतह कर लिया, मगर प्रीतम ठहरे पुराने चावल। पहले मोर्चे पर मात खा गए, मगर जैसे ही जुबां फिसली, गणेश को घेरने में देर नहीं लगाई। गोदियाल ने बयान दिया कि 36 टिकट फाइनल हो चुके, बाकी जल्द तय किए जाएंगे। प्रीतम ने गोदियाल को लपका और तड़ से मीडिया के समक्ष साफ किया कि बगैर नेता विधायक दल प्रत्याशी तय हो ही नहीं सकते। अब गोदियाल बैकफुट पर हैं, मगर हर कोई जानना चाहता है कि उन्हें 36 टिकट फाइनल करने का आइडिया दिया किसने। 36 विधानसभा में बहुमत का जादुई आंकड़ा है, शायद इसी फेर में सब गुड़ गोबर हो गया।

शुरू हुआ आया राम, गया राम का सिलसिला

वैसे, आया राम, गया राम काफी पुराना मसला है, हर चुनाव से पहले इसे दोहराया जाता है। भला उत्तराखंड सियासत की इस रवायत से कैसे अछूता रहे। चार-पांच महीने बाद विधानसभा चुनाव हैं, तो पालाबदल का भी आगाज हो चुका है। भाजपा दो विपक्षी विधायकों को पाले में ला चुकी है। इनमें से एक राजकुमार तो परिवार के ही मेंबर हैं, पिछली बार रूठ कर हाथ थाम लिया था। पटरी नहीं बैठी तो अब फिर कमल की याद आई। कोई पूछे कि साढ़े चार साल तो हाथ को हाथोंहाथ लिए रहे, विदाई की बेला के आखिरी पांच महीने में कैसे अपनी गलती सुधारने की सुध आई। अचरज तब होता है जब नेताजी पालाबदल के मौके पर भरे हृदय से उद्गार व्यक्त करते हैं कि दूसरा घर तलाश कर गलती कर बैठे थे, लोकतंत्र के असली खेवनहार तो वहीं हैं, जहां से निकलने के बाद अब घर वापसी कर रहे हैं।

पहले कांग्रेस की खाई मलाई, अब भाजपा भायी

सियासत में सिद्धांतों की बात तो अब बेमायने होकर रह गई है। उत्तराखंड को अलग राज्य बनाने की मांग को लेकर जिस उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल का जन्म हुआ था, उससे शुरुआत कर प्रीतम पंवार दो बार विधानसभा पहुंचे। पिछली विधानसभा में कांग्रेस को जरूरत थी, नेताजी मदद को आगे आए, सरकार बनवाई, बदले में मंत्री पद मिला, पूरे पांच साल सरकार का हिस्सा रहे। वक्त बदला, सत्ता भी बदल गई। पिछली बार निर्दलीय मैदान में उतरे, मैदान भी मार लिया, विधायक बन गए। अब सत्ता सुख भोग चुके तो विपक्ष भला कैसे रास आए। आखिर सबको हक है इस बात का कि अपना भविष्य सुरक्षित करें। नेताजी को डेढ़ दशक की सियासत के बाद समझ आ गया कि भाजपा के अलावा भविष्य की कोई गारंटी नहीं। भूमिका विधानसभा सत्र में ही लिख ली गई थी, बाकी पटकथा क्या होगी, दिल्ली जाकर पार्टी की सदस्यता ग्रहण कर तय कर आए नेताजी।

भाजपा के अंदर बना कांग्रेस का प्रेशर ग्रुप

भाजपा की हांडी में पक रही खिचड़ी अब विधानसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले उबलने लगी है। अनुशासित कही जाने वाली भाजपा में अकसर ऐसा होता नहीं, लेकिन जब ताकत बढ़ाने के लिए विपरीत विचारधारा वालों को गले लगाने से गुरेज नहीं, तो ऐसा होना लाजिमी है। पांच साल पहले कांग्रेस से नाता तोड़ भाजपा का दामन थामा था विधायक उमेश शर्मा काऊ समेत 11 विधायकों ने। हाल में काऊ एक कार्यक्रम में कैबिनेट मंत्री धनसिंह रावत के सामने ही पार्टी में अपने विरोधी गुट के नेताओं पर फट पड़े, बवाल होना ही था। किरकिरी हुई तो पार्टी ने जांच कमेटी बना दी। यहां तक ठीक, मगर इसके बाद काऊ के साथ भाजपा में आए कैबिनेट मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत खुलकर उनकी पैरोकारी में उतर आए। फिर दूसरे कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज भी साथ हो लिए। खुला चैलेंज पार्टी को दे डाला कि हम सब पुराने साथी अब भी एक हैं।
