पांच राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए प्रत्याशियों का एलान होना शुरू हो गया है। राजनीतिक उठापठक के बीच चुनाव जीतने के लिए राजनीतिक दलों ने पूरी ताकत झोंक दी है। नेताओं के दल बदलने का सिलसिला भी जारी है। इन सबके साथ राजनीतिक नेताओं की बयानबाजी और गुटबाजी भी अब सामने आने लगी है। 

यूपी कांग्रेस ने विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 के लिए 125 प्रत्याशियों की पहली लिस्ट जारी कर दी है। इस मौके पर कांग्रेस की यूपी प्रभारी प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने कहा कि हमारी 40 फीसदी उम्मीदवार महिलाएं होंगी।

प्रियंका गांधी ने कहा कि 125 प्रत्याशियों की पहली सूची में 50 उम्मीदवार महिलाएं हैं। हमने प्रयास किया है कि संघर्षशील और पूरे प्रदेश में नई राजनीति की पहल करने वाले लोग हमारे प्रत्याशी हों। उम्मीदवारों में उन्नाव दुष्कर्म कांड पीड़िता की मां आशा सिंह भी हैं। सहारनपुर से आशा कार्यकर्ता पूनम पांडेय को प्रत्याशी बनाया गया है। पूनम पांडेय ने मानदेय बढ़ाने के लिए आंदोलन किया था।

प्रियंका गांधी ने कहा कि 50 महिला उम्मीदवारों में उन्नाव दुष्कर्म कांड पीड़िता की मां आशा सिंह भी हैं। सहारनपुर से आशा कार्यकर्ता पूनम पांडेय को प्रत्याशी बनाया गया है। पूनम पांडेय ने मानदेय बढ़ाने के लिए आंदोलन किया था। 125 प्रत्याशियों में से 40 फीसदी महिलाएं और 40 फीसदी युवा हैं। इस ऐतिहासिक बदलाव के साथ हम राज्य में एक नई राजनीति का प्रारंभ करने जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जो महिलाएं पहली बार चुनाव लड़ रही हैं, वे संघर्षशील और हिम्मती महिलाएं हैं। कांग्रेस पार्टी उन्हें पूरा सहयोग करेगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा लक्ष्य है कि हमारी भूमिका बढ़े, हमारी पार्टी मजबूत बने। हमने तय किया है कि हम नकरात्मक कैंपेन नहीं करेंगे। हम सकारात्मक मुद्दों पर चुनाव लड़ेंगे। महिलाओं, दलितों, युवाओं के मसलों पर चुनाव लड़ेंगे ताकि प्रदेश आगे बढ़े। हमारे पास बहुत सी महिलाओं के आवेदन आए, उनमें से कई ऐसी हैं जिन्हें कभी मौका नहीं मिला। कई ऐसी हैं जिन्होंने बहुत संघर्ष किया है और पहली बार चुनाव लड़ रही हैं।

कई कांग्रेस नेताओं के पार्टी से जाने पर उन्होंने कहा कि आया राम गया राम हर चुनाव में, हर पार्टी में होता है। मुझे नहीं लगता कि यह कोई ऐसी चीज है जिससे किसी पार्टी को घबराना चाहिए। अगर हमारे साथी जाते हैं तो हमें लगता है कि वे हमारे संघर्ष से पीछे हट रहे हैं। अपनी सूची से हम संदेश देना चाहते हैं कि राजनीति का असली मकसद सेवा है। यह काफी हद तक बदल चुका है, लेकिन हम इस मकसद को वापस लाना चाहते हैं।
