देहरादून।प्रदेश में अब हर मंगलवार को सचिव समिति की बैठक होगी। जिसमें सरकारी योजनाओं के साथ ही सरकार के एजेंडे पर चर्चा की जाएगी कि इन्हें किस प्रकार से धरातल पर उतारा जा सके। वह गुरुवार को सभी जिलाधिकारियों के साथ वीडियो कांफ्रेसिंग कर विभिन्न विषयों पर भी संवाद करेंगे।

प्रदेश में पदभार संभालने के बाद मुख्य सचिव डा एसएस संधू साफ कर चुके हैं कि सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं को समयबद्ध तरीके से धरातल पर उतारना उनकी प्राथमिकता में शामिल है। उन्होंने इसके लिए फाइलिंग सिस्टम को भी छोटा करने को कहा है। इसके अलावा वह यह भी कह चुके हैं कि योजनाओं के आउटकम पर ध्यान दिया जाए। कहीं कोई समस्या आती है तो आपसी संवाद के जरिये निस्तारित किया जाए। इसी कड़ी में उन्होंने हर मंगलवार को सचिव समिति की बैठक करने का निर्णय लिया है।

इस बैठक में सरकार की अफसरशाही से अपेक्षा और उस पर क्रियान्वयन के संबंध में चर्चा की जानी प्रस्तावित है। इसके साथ ही वह पदभार ग्रहण करने के बाद सभी जिलाधिकारियों से वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के जरिये संवाद करेंगे। माना जा रहा है कि इस दौरान वह जिलों में चल रही विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का फीडबैक लेने के साथ ही प्रशासनिक कार्यशैली को लेकर भी चर्चा करेंगे।
