ऋषिकेश एम्स के पास एक कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर (सीएससी) में फर्जी दस्तावेज लगाकर विदेशियों के असली आधार, पैन से लेकर आयुष्मान कार्ड तक बनाए जा रहे थे। एसटीएफ ने छापा मारकर सीएससी संचालक समेत तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। तीनों को एसटीएफ ने पूछताछ के बाद न्यायालय में पेश किया, जहां से उन्हें जेल भेज दिया गया है।

एसटीएफ एसएसपी आयुष अग्रवाल ने बताया कि एम्स के पास संचालित एक सीएससी के बारे में सूचना मिली थी। सूचना थी कि किसी के पास कोई वैध दस्तावेज हो या न हो उसका आधार कार्ड बनवाया जा रहा है। सीएससी की गोपनीय जांच के बाद पता चला कि यहां पैन कार्ड, आयुष्मान कार्ड, वोटर आईडी आदि सभी दस्तावेज बनाए जा रहे हैं।

इसका कहीं भी देश विरोधी गतिविधियों में इस्तेमाल हो सकता है। इस पर वहां एक नेपाली मूल के व्यक्ति को भेजा गया। उससे सेंटर संचालक लक्ष्मण सैनी ने कहा कि 10 हजार रुपये दे दो सब कुछ बन जाएगा। इसके लिए सैनी ने व्यक्ति से तीन हजार रुपये एडवांस ले लिए और कुछ दिन बाद आने को कहा।

लक्ष्मण सैनी ने उसका किसी दूसरे के नाम पर वोटर आईडी कार्ड बनवा दिया और आधार के लिए आवेदन कर दिया। सोमवार शाम को एसटीएफ की टीम भी व्यक्ति के साथ सीएससी पर पहुंच गई। वहां से लक्ष्मण सैनी उसके भाई बाबू सैनी निवासी वीरभद्र और भारत सिंह निवासी नेपाल को हिरासत में ले लिया गया। तलाशी में सीएससी से बहुत से कार्ड और फर्जी दस्तावेज बरामद हुए हैं।

ये चीजें हुईं बरामद 

एसटीएफ ने सीएससी से 640 ब्लैंक प्लास्टिक कार्ड, 200 लैमिनेशन कवर (कार्ड), 28 वोटर आईडी, 68 आधार कार्ड, 17 पैनकार्ड, 07 आयुष्मान कार्ड, एक स्टैम्प, एक स्टैम्प पैड और 12,500 रुपये नकद के साथ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सामान बरामद किया है।

एक साल में सैकड़ों के बनवाए कार्ड 
पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने बताया कि वे यह काम एक साल से कर रहे हैं। इस दौरान उन्होंने सैकड़ों लोगों के आधार, पैन और अन्य दस्तावेज बनवाए हैं। इनमें कुछ नेपाली और बांग्लादेशियों के शामिल का भी शक है। हालांकि, इनकी वास्तविक संख्या पता नहीं चल पाई है। एसएसपी ने बताया कि लोगों के बारे में पता करने के लिए आरोपियों की कॉल डिटेल निकाली जा रही है। सीएससी में रखे रजिस्टर आदि भी कब्जे में लिए गए हैं।

यहां हो सकता है गलत इस्तेमाल 
  • किसी भी अपराध में इनका इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
  • आधार आदि से सिम कार्ड खरीदे जा सकते हैं।
  • बैंक खाते खुलवाकर ठगी की जा सकती है।
  • कई तरह के फर्जीवाड़े में इन आधार कार्ड का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
दस हजार रुपये में बनवाते थे फर्जी दस्तावेज से असली कार्ड 
कोई भी व्यक्ति केवल 10 हजार रुपये देकर इनसे आधार, पैन, आयुष्मान आदि कार्ड बनवा सकता था। इसके लिए वह व्यक्ति विशेष का पहले फर्जी नाम और पते से फर्जी वोटर पहचान पत्र बनवाते थे। इस पहचान पत्र से आधार, पैन या अन्य कार्ड के लिए आवेदन किया जाता था। आधार कार्ड में केवल फिंगर प्रिंट्स आदि स्कैन किए जाते हैं। इसके अलावा सत्यापन की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है। इस तरह बिना किसी असली दस्तावेज के उनका आधार कार्ड जैसा महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज दूसरे नाम से बनवा दिया जाता था।
