ऋषिकेश। पूरे देश में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की ओर से बीते 21 जून को टीकाकरण विशेष महा अभियान शुरू किया गया। टीकाकरण को लेकर तमाम भ्रांतियां धीरे-धीरे समाप्त हो गई। लोग टीकाकरण के लिए उत्साह दिखा रहे हैं। धरातल की स्थिति यह है कि एसपीएस राजकीय चिकित्सालय में तीन दिन से कोविशील्ड वैक्सीन समाप्त है। दूसरी डोज के लिए बड़ी संख्या में नागरिक परेशान हैं। सूबे के चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत इस वर्ष दिसंबर तक शत प्रतिशत टीकाकरण करने का दावा कर रहे हैं। वर्तमान हालात को देखकर यह दावा पूरा होता नजर नहीं आ रहा है।

एसपीएस राजकीय चिकित्सालय के अंतर्गत चिकित्सालय में केंद्र खोला गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय देहरादून रोड, श्री भरत मंदिर इंटर कॉलेज और राधा स्वामी सत्संग भवन में केंद्र बनाए गए हैं। बीते 15 दिन से उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय और श्री भक्त इंटर कॉलेज केंद्र बंद है। यहां 18 प्लस आयु सीमा वालों के लिए कोविशील्ड उपलब्ध नहीं है। राजकीय चिकित्सालय में यह वैक्सीन 45 प्लस आयु सीमा वालों के लिए उपलब्ध कराई जाती है। इसके अतिरिक्त राधा स्वामी सत्संग भवन में भी 18 प्लस के लिए टीकाकरण केंद्र खोला गया है। पिछले तीन दिन से इन दोनों ही केंद्र में कोविशील्ड का टीका उपलब्ध नहीं है।

बड़ी संख्या में लोग दूसरी डोज लगाने के लिए यहां पहुंच रहे हैं, लेकिन इनको निराशा मिल रही है। इन केंद्र में कोवैक्सीन विकल्प पर रूप में उपलब्ध है। मगर अधिसंख्य लोग कोविशील्ड लगवाना चाहते हैं।

उत्तराखंड के चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री धन सिंह रावत का दावा है कि इस वर्ष दिसंबर महक राज्य में शत प्रतिशत टीकाकरण पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। इसके लिए राज्य, जनपद और विधानसभा स्तर पर समितियों का गठन किया जा रहा है। टीकाकरण की वर्तमान हालत और रफ्तार को देखते हुए नहीं लगता कि दिसंबर माह तक शत प्रतिशत टीकाकरण हो पाएगा।

राजकीय चिकित्सालय के नोडल अधिकारी डा. संतोष कुमार पंत के मुताबिक जिला मुख्यालय से कोविशील्ड का स्टाक उपलब्ध नहीं हो रहा है। जैसे ही यह उपलब्ध होगा यह वैक्सीन जरूरतमंदों को उपलब्ध करा दी जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि टीकाकरण केंद्र पर इस संबंध में अपडेट नोटिस प्रतिदिन लगाया जा रहा है। सुरक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य कर्मी यहां आने वाले नागरिकों को जानकारी भी दे रहे हैं।
