बागेश्वर : जिले में बारिश का दौर जारी है। गुरुवार को दिन भर रुक-रुक कर बारिश हुई। जिसके कारण पांच लोगों के मकान ध्वस्त हो गए हैं। जिसके कारण 18 लोग बेघर हो गए हैं। मलबा, पत्थर, बोल्डर आदि गिरने से 11 सड़कें आवागमन बंद हो गया है। सरयू और गोमती नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ने के बाद जिला प्रशासन ने अलर्ट जारी किया है।

बारिश के कारण दुग नाकुरी तहसील के सुरकाली गांव के नंदन सिंह पुत्र गुमान सिंह का मकान क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है। वह 76 वर्ष के हैं और उन्होंने पड़ोसी नंदन सिंह के घर में शरण ली है। मकान क्षतिग्रस्त होने की सूचना पर पटवारी विजयपाल मेहता ने बताया कि नुकसान का जायजा लेकर तहसीलदार को सौंप दी है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रभावित घर में अकेले रहते थे। उन्हें नियमानुसार सहायता प्रदान की जा रही है। उड़खुली निवासी दुर्गा राम पुत्र रतन राम का मकान क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है। उनके परिवार के छह सदस्य बेघर हो गए हैं।

जखेड़ा निवासी बलवंत सिंह पुत्र हिम्मत सिंह का मकान भी क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है। चार लोगों ने दूसरे के घर में शरण ली है। इसी गांव के प्रेम सिंह पुत्र हयात सिंह का मकान भी अतिवृष्टि की भेंट चढ़ गया है और पांच सदस्यों के सामने छत का संकट पैदा हो गया है। गनीगांव निवासी पार्वती देवी पत्नी खड़क सिंह के परिवार के तीन लोग भी बेघर हो गए हैं। उधर काफलीगैर तहसील के सिमस्यारी निवासी विजय कुमार पुत्र आनंद लाल के मकान की दीवार क्षतग्रस्त हो गई है।

इधर, गरुड़-द्यौनाई, दोफाड़-पपों, कंधार-सिरमोली-लोहागढ़ी, बागेश्वर-कपकोट-तेजम, रावतसेरा-भाटा, डंगोली-सैलानी, कंधार-रौल्याना, सिमगढ़ी, कमेड़ीदेवी-भैसूड़ी, कपकोट-कर्मी और बघर मोटर मार्ग मलबा, पत्थर और भूस्खलन के कारण बंद हो गई हैं। जिससे लगभग दस हजार की जनसंख्या प्रभावित हो गई है। सरयू, गोमती का जलस्तर बढ़ने पर जिला प्रशासन ने अलर्ट जारी कर दिया है। जल पुलिस को बागनाथ मंदिर के घाट पर तैनात किया गया है। इसके अलावा डुगडुगी के जरिए नदी की तरफ जाने वालों को सचेत किया जा रहा है।

मंडलसेरा में सड़कों पर भरा पानी

बारिश के कारण मंडलसेरा वार्ड की सड़कें ताल-तैलाया बन गई हैं। जिसके कारण लोगों की दिक्कतें बढ़ गई हैं। पैदल चलने वाले सबसे अधिक परेशान हैं। सभासद कैलाश चंद्र ने कहा कि नाली नहीं होने से बारिश का पानी सड़कों पर जमा हो रहा है। जिससे सड़क को भी नुकसान पहुंच रहा है। उधर, वन विभाग का रास्ता भी जानलेवा बना हुआ है। मिट्टी और पानी से लथपथ रास्ते में बाइक सवार चोटिल होने लगे हैं।
