देहरादून। उत्तराखंड शासन के निर्देश पर आज शनिवार को मेगा टीकाकरण दिवस मनाया जाएगा। इसके तहत जिले में 30 हजार लोगों को कोरोना का टीका लगाया जाएगा। अभियान का आरंभ मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री द्वारा निरंकारी सत्संग भवन में बने टीकाकरण केन्द्र, त्यागी रोड रेस्ट कैंप में किया जाना प्रस्तावित है।
इसमें 18 से 44 वर्ष तक के लोगों का टीकाकरण किया जाएगा। इस केंद्र पर ऑनलाइन स्लॉट बुक कर लोग टीकाकरण के लिए पहुंच सकते हैं। जिला प्रतिरक्षण अधिकारी डॉ. सुधीर कुमार पांडेय ने बताया कि शनिवार को जनपद के प्रत्येक टीकाकरण बूथ पर कम से कम 200 लोगों का टीकाकरण किया जाना प्रस्तावित है।
मेगा टीकाकरण अभियान के लिए तैयारी पूरी
जिले के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. मनोज उप्रेती ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशालय के निर्देश पर शुक्रवार को जिले में टीकाकरण नहीं किया गया। डॉ. उप्रेती ने बताया कि शुक्रवार को ही शनिवार के मेगा टीकाकरण के लिए तैयारी पूरी कर ली गई थी। लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग तत्पर है।
बिना सूचना बंद किया टीकाकरण, लोग रहे परेशान
वहीं बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के शुक्रवार को टीकाकरण बंद कर दिया गया। सूचना न होने के चलते कई लोग कोरोना का टीका लगवाने पहुंचे, लेकिन उन्हें मायूस होकर लौटना पड़ा। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि शनिवार को जिले में टीकाकरण का महा अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसलिए शुक्रवार को टीकाकरण नहीं हो पाया।
