देहरादून। केंद्र की भारतमाला परियोजना में उत्तराखंड के छह राज्यमार्ग भी शामिल होंगे। लोनिवि मंत्री सतपाल महाराज के अनुसार उनके इस प्रस्ताव पर केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने सहमति दी है। इसके अलावा राज्य में केंद्र द्वारा अधिसूचित नए राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-109के (सिमली-जौलजीबी) के सुदृढ़ीकरण एवं चौड़ीकरण के लिए लोनिवि उत्तराखंड को निर्माण एजेंसी के रूप में नामित करने पर भी केंद्रीय मंत्री ने सहमति जताई है।

लोनिवि मंत्री महाराज ने दिल्ली प्रवास के दौरान केंद्रीय मंत्री गडकरी से मुलाकात कर राज्य के विभिन्न मार्गों को उच्चीकरण से संबंधित प्रस्तावों पर चर्चा की। महाराज के अनुसार केंद्रीय मंत्री ने खैरना-रानीखेत, बुआखाल-देवप्रयाग, देवप्रयाग-गजा-खाड़ी, पांडुवाखाल-नागचूलाखाल-रिखाड-बैजरो, बिहारीगढ़-रोशनाबाद व लक्ष्मणझूला- दुगड्डा-नैनीडांडा-मोहान-रानीखेत राज्यमार्गों को भारतमाला परियोजना फेज-दो में लेने और फिर इन्हें राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग में शामिल करने की बात कही। इसके साथ ही ऋषिकेश-भानियावाला मार्ग को राजमार्ग घोषित करने के प्रस्ताव पर भी सहमति दी।

महाराज के मुताबिक केंद्रीय मंत्री ने चारधाम आल वेदर रोड परियोजना के तहत डंपिंग जोन विकसित करने के लिए अनापत्ति के संबंध में लोनिवि अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे वन विभाग के साथ बैठक करें। फिर इसकी सहमति के प्रस्ताव केंद्र को भेजें, ताकि डंपिंग जोन वाले स्थान यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए उपयोग में लाए जा सकें। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि केंद्रीय सड़क अवस्थापना निधि के लिए मुहैया कराई गई 615 करोड़ की राशि खर्च होने के बाद राज्य अतिरिक्त प्रस्ताव भेज सकता है। साथ ही राज्य में भूमि की मंजूरी के बाद रोपवे निर्माण को स्वीकृति देने की बात भी कही।

जलशक्ति मंत्री से भी की मुलाकात

कैबिनेट मंत्री महाराज ने केंद्रीय जलशक्ति मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत से भी मुलाकात कर प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचाई योजना के तहत हर खेत को पानी से संबंधित 349 करोड़ की लागत के 422 योजनाओं के प्रस्तावों पर भी चर्चा की। महाराज के मुताबिक उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश की 19528 हेक्टेयर कृषि भूमि की सिंचाई के लिए इन योजनाओं की स्वीकृति मिलना जरूरी है। उन्होंने 94 करोड़ की लागत वाली भूजल से संबंधित 24 योजनाओं के लिए सोलर पंप की स्थापना को स्वीकृति दिए जाने का भी अनुरोध किया।
