देहरादून। जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (डीएलएसए) 11 सितंबर को लोक अदालत का आयोजन करने जा रहा है। डीएलएसए की सचिव व सिविल जज नेहा कुशवाहा ने बताया कि लोक अदालत में फौजदारी के शमनीय वाद, चेक बाउंस, मोटर दुर्घटना प्रतिकर संबंधित वाद, वैवाहिक व कुटुंब के वाद, श्रम, भूमि अर्जन, दीवानी राजस्व, विद्युत एवं जलकर बिलों के मामले, धन वसूली व ऐसे मामले जो सुलह समझौते के आधार पर निस्तारित होंगे।

लोक अदालत को लेकर सभी सीओ व संभागीय परिवहन कार्यालय के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि चालान का संयोजन शुल्क अदा कर व्यक्ति निस्तारित करने का अनुरोध करता है तो संबंधित सीओ निर्धारित शुल्क वसूल करते हुए उनकी रसीद प्रदान करें।
