देहरादून।  सोमवार से शुरू हो रहे विधानसभा सत्र में सवालों की बौछार को देखते हुए सरकार पूरी सावधानी बरत रही है। कुंभ मेले में आरटीपीसीआर जांच में गड़बड़ी, भू-कानून, देवस्थानम बोर्ड समेत प्रदेश स्तरीय 27 मुद्दों के जवाब की तैयारी की गई है। वहीं 13 जिलों से संबंधित 162 बिंदुओं पर भी विधानसभा में चर्चा की संभावना को देखते हुए शासन के आला अधिकारियों से सूचनाएं मुख्य सचिव डा एसएस संधु ने तलब की हैं।

जिलों में सर्वाधिक 37 बिंदु मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के चुनाव क्षेत्र ऊधमसिंह नगर जिले से संबंधित हैं। मुख्य सचिव ने चालू कैलेंडर वर्ष में विधानसभा के दूसरे सत्र में विधायकों, राजनीतिक दलों के माध्यम से उठाए जाने वाले संभावित बिंदुओं पर जानकारी मांगी है। इस संबंध में सभी अपर मुख्य सचिवों, प्रमुख सचिवों, सचिवों और प्रभारी सचिवों को पत्र भेजा गया है।

विधानसभा में चर्चा के लिए प्रदेश स्तर पर 27 बिंदुओं पर जानकारी देने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इन मुद्दों में कोविड-19 संक्रमण से निपटने में सरकार की कथित विफलता, केंद्रीय औषधि भंडारगृह चंदरनगर में फ्रिज, आक्सीजन सिलेंडर और अन्य स्वास्थ्य उपकरणों को खुले में रखे जाने पर संबंधित विभागों से जानकारी देने को कहा गया है।

वर्तमान पदों पर तैनात रहेंगे पदोन्नत एडी

सचिवालय समीक्षा अधिकारी संघ ने अपर मुख्य सचिव को ज्ञापन देकर कंप्यूटर सहायकों को सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारी के पद पर पदोन्नत करने की मांग की है। संघ ने खाद्य विभाग में उप मुख्य विपणन अधिकारी से उप मुख्य विपणन अधिकारी पद पर पदोन्नति के लिए अपनाई गई प्रक्रिया का हवाला देते हुए नियमावली में छूट देने की पैरवी भी की है। ज्ञापन में संघ के अध्यक्ष जीतमणी पैन्यूली और महासचिव प्रमोद कुमार ने बताया कि कंप्यूटर सहायक सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारी के पद पर पदोन्नति की अर्हकारी सेवा पूरी कर चुके हैं।

उन्होंने कंप्यूटर सहायकों को सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारी के पदोन्नति कोटे के पदों पर प्रथम पदोन्नति और सीधी भर्ती से चयनित सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारियों को समीक्षा अधिकारियों के पदों पर पदोन्नति के लिए नियमों में शिथिलता देने की मांग की है। शासन स्तर पर इस मामले में ना-नुकुर न हो, इसे ध्यान में रखकर संघ ने शासन को पदोन्नति के लिए बीते वर्ष अपनाई गई व्यवस्था का हवाला भी दिया है।
