रामनगर : वन्यजीवों से प्यार और बाघ के दीदार के बीच प्रकृति की सुखद अनुभूति कार्बेट राष्ट्रीय पार्क में तो जरूर मिलती है। लेकिन इससे भी बेहतर चाहते हैं तो 30 दिसंबर से आपकी यह चाहत भी पूरी होगी। सब नया होगा। रास्ते नए। रेंज नया। ट्री हाउस नया। रेस्ट हाउस नया। साइट सीन नया। हाथी का झुंड। बाघ। भालू और तो और जिप्सी भी नई। न भीड़ होगी और न बुकिंग की मारामारी। कृत्रिम कुछ भी नहीं। सब प्राकृतिक। ढिकाला, बिजरानी, ढेला, झिरना, पाखरो से एकदम जुदा। तराई पश्चिमी वन प्रभाग के फाटो पर्यटन जोन को देख इसकी फोटो सीधे दिल में उतर जाएगी।

वन विभाग पहली बार इस रेंज के दरवाजे पर्यटकों के लिए खोल रहा है। इसी के साथ रामनगर से संचालित होने वाला यह दसवां पर्यटन जोन होगा। इसके खुलने से कार्बेट पार्क व सीतावनी जोन में पर्यटकों का दबाव भी कम होगा। यहां मिश्रित घने वन के साथ बाघ, गुलदार, हाथी, चीतल, सरीसृप, पक्षियों की तमाम प्रजातियां मौजूद हैं। रामनगर से महज 23 किलोमीटर दूर मालधन के मोहन नगर गूजर झाला में इसका प्रवेश द्वार बनाया गया है। यहां जंगल के भीतर 18 किलोमीटर में पर्यटक रोमांचक सफारी कर सकेंगे।

ट्री हाउस में ठहरिए

अभी इस जोन में डे सफारी होगी। लेकिन भविष्य में यह नाइट स्टे के लिहाज से बेहद खास होगा। यहां पर्यटक ट्री हाउस में रहने का आनंद उठा सकेंगे। फिलहाल पांच ट्री हाउस बनकर तैयार हो गए हैं। एक ट्री हाउस में दो कक्ष हैं, जिनमें पांच से छह सैलानी आसानी से रुक सकेंगे। यानी एक रात में 30 पर्यटकों के रुकने की व्यवस्था। ऊंचे पेड़ पर लकड़ी से बने कमरों में ठहरेंगे तो खुद को वृक्ष की गोद में पाएंगे।

ब्रिटिशकालीन वन चौकी में चार कमरे

फाटो पर्यटन जोन के रेंजर राजकुमार बताते हैं कि एक ट्री हाउस के साथ ही ब्रिटिशकालीन वन चौकी में नाइट स्टे के लिए चार कमरे बनाए गए हैं। इसके साथ ही 109 साल पुराने रेस्ट हाउस में भी दो कमरे तैयार हो गए हैं। पिछले 10 वर्ष से इस क्षेत्र को पर्यटन जोन के रूप में विकसित करने की तैयारी चल रही थी। ब्रिटिशकालीन बंगले के सुंदरीकरण के बाद अब फाटो पर्यटन जोन को अंतिम रूप दिया गया है।

200 से अधिक लोगों को सीधे रोजगार

नया जोन खुलने से रोजगार के अवसर भी मिलेंगे। इससे रामनगर व मालधन के करीब 200 जिप्सी मालिक व चालकों को सीधे लाभ होगा। जोन खुलने से ग्रामीण अपने क्षेत्र में पर्यटकों की खरीदारी के लिए दुकान भी खोलेंगे।

कार्बेट की तर्ज पर होगा शुल्क

कार्बेट पार्क की तर्ज पर ही छह लोगों से जिप्सी सफारी के एक हजार रुपये लिए जाएंगे। सुबह-शाम सफारी के लिए 40-40 जिप्सी को अनुमति दी जाएगी। शुरुआत में सफारी के लिए बुकिंग आफलाइन होगी।

नये जोन से व लोगों को मिलेगा रोजगार

डीएफओ तराई पश्चिमी वन प्रभाग रामनगर बीएस शाही ने बताया कि नये जोन से विभाग को राजस्व व स्थानीय लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा। नया जोन खुलने से करीब 200 जिप्सी मालिक व चालकों को सीधे रोजगार उपलब्ध होगा। पर्यटकों की अच्छी संख्या होने पर फाटो में नाइट स्टे की सुविधा भी बढ़ाई जाएगी।
