उतराखंड में नई सरकार में मंत्रिमंडल के स्वरूप को लेकर कयासों का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया है। मुख्यमंत्री की टीम में 11 मंत्री कौन और किस जिले से होंगे, अब सबके जेहन में यही सवाल घूम रहा है। वर्ष 2017 की सरकार में प्रतिनिधित्व से चूक गए पांच जिलों को भी इस बार काफी उम्मीदें हैं।

खासकर उत्तरकाशी को लेकर नए मुख्यमंत्री के रुख का इंतजार है। प्रदेश का यह एकमात्र ऐसा जिला है जहां के विधायक को राज्य बनने के बाद से अब तक मंत्रिपरिषद में जगह नहीं मिली है। नई सरकार में मंत्रिमंडल का गठन प्रदेश के भावी मुख्यमंत्री के लिए बड़ी चुनौती होगी। राज्य में मंत्रिमंडल तय करने में क्षेत्रीय के साथ ही जातीय समीकरण भी अहम भूमिका रखते हैं।

नए चेहरों के लिए संभावनाएं : इस बार मंत्रिमंडल में नए चेहरों को जगह मिलने की ज्यादा संभावना हैं। काबीना मंत्री यतीश्वरानंद चुनाव हार चुके हैं जबकि पूर्व काबीना मंत्री यशपाल आर्य व डॉ.हरक सिंह अब भाजपा में नहीं हैं। ऐसे में 11 मंत्रियों में तीन नए लोगों को मौका मिलना तय है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, पार्टी हाईकमान पुराने मंत्रियों में सतपाल महाराज, अरविंद पांडे, बंशीधर भगत, बिशन सिंह चुफाल, सुबोध उनियाल, धन सिंह रावत, रेखा आर्य पर भी विचार कर रहा है। मंत्रियों के भविष्य पर उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

मंत्रिमंडल में अब तक रहा इन जिलों का दबदबा
वर्ष 2017 के मंत्रिमंडल में प्रदेश के तीन ही जिलों का दबदबा रहा। छह विधानसभा सीट वाले पौड़ी में से सतपाल महाराज, धन सिंह रावत और हरक सिंह रावत के रूप में तीन मंत्री रहे। वर्ष 2017 में पहले मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत देहरादून का प्रतिनिधित्व करते थे। उनके साथ विस अध्यक्ष प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल भी देहरादून से ही हैं।

त्रिवेंद्र के सीएम पद से हटने के बाद गणेश जोशी कैबिनेट मंत्री के रूप में मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल किए गए। साथ ही 11 विधायक वाले हरिद्वार जिले से मदन कौशिक और बाद में यतीश्वरानंद को मौका मिला। ऊधमसिंहनगर से अरविंद पांडे और यशपाल आर्य काबीना मंत्री बने। इसके बाद पुष्कर सिंह धामी तीसरे मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में आए जो यूएसनगर की ही खटीमा सीट का प्रतिनिधित्व करते थे।
