देहरादून : अब इसे संयोग कहें या फिर उत्‍तराखंड में पीएम मोदी की प्रचंड लहर की भाजपा ने लगातार दोबारा पूर्ण बहुमत प्राप्‍त किया। इस विधानसभा चुनाव में कई मिथक टूटे हैं। जिनमें से एक मिथक यह भी था कि जो भी मुख्‍यमंत्री न्यू कैंट रोड स्थित नए मुख्यमंत्री आवास में रहने आया, वह कुर्सी पर ज्यादा दिन टिक नहीं पाया।

12वें मुख्‍यमंत्री के रूप में शपथ ले रहे धामी 

हालांकि पुष्‍कर सिंह धामी खटीमा सीट से हार गए थे, लेकिन भाजपा विधायक दल की बैठक में उन्‍हें नेता चुना गया। जिसके बाद वह आज बुधवार को उत्‍तराखंड के 12वें मुख्‍यमंत्री के रूप में शपथ ले रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही उन्‍होंने सालों से चले आ रहे मुख्यमंत्री आवास के दुभार्ग का मिथक भी तोड़ दिया है।

मुख्‍यमंत्री आवास को लेकर बड़ा मिथक 

इस मुख्‍यमंत्री आवास को लेकर बड़ा मिथक जुड़ा हैं। हालांकि पुष्‍कर सिंह धामी इस आवास में रहे। कहा जाता है कि जो भी मुख्‍यमंत्री इस आवास में रहने आया उसे सत्ता गंवानी पड़ी। राज्य गठन से पहले यहां राज्य अतिथि गृह हुआ करता था। राज्य गठन के बाद पहली अंतरिम सरकार में इसे मुख्यमंत्री आवास बना दिया गया। 

सूबे की पहली सरकार में मुख्यमंत्री रहे नित्यानंद स्वामी और दूसरे मुख्यमंत्री रहे भगत सिंह कोश्यारी ने इसे केवल कैंप कार्यालय के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया था। लेकिन पहले विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को शिकस्त मिली। 

कांग्रेस के सत्ता में आने पर पहली सरकार में मुख्यमंत्री बने नारायण दत्त तिवारी इस आवास में पूरे पांच साल रहे। इसके बाद पुराने भवन को ध्वस्त कर नई इमारत बनाने का फैसला लिया गया। 

पर्वतीय वास्तुकला के आधार पर बनाई गई इमारत 

करोड़ों की लागत से यह इमारत पर्वतीय वास्तुकला के आधार पर बनाई गई। 2007 में भाजपा सरकार में मुख्यमंत्री बने भुवन चंद्र खंडूड़ी के समय इस भवन का निर्माण कार्य पूरा हुआ। वह अपने परिवार के साथ यहां रहे, लेकिन बीच में ही उन्हें मुख्‍यमंत्री पद छोड़ना पड़ा। 

इसके बाद नए मुख्यमंत्री डाक्‍टर रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक भी यहां रहे और उनकी भी कुर्सी चली गई।  उनके बाद भाजपा ने फिर से मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में भुवन चंद्र खंडूड़ी को मुख्यमंत्री बनाया। तब भुवन चंद्र खंडूड़ी ने इस आवास को केवल कार्यालय के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया। लेकिन 2012 के चुनाव में भाजपा को सत्ता गंवानी पड़ी। 

हरीश रावत ने इस आवास से दूरी बनाई

इसके बाद कांग्रेस सरकार सत्ता में आई और विजय बहुगुणा मुख्‍यमंत्री बनकर इस आवास में पहुंचे। लेकिन दो वर्ष का कार्यकाल पूरा करने से पहले ही उनकी सत्ता चली गई। इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री बने हरीश रावत ने इस आवास से दूरी बनाए रखी। लेकिन वर्ष 2017 में कांग्रेस सत्ता से बाहर हो गई।

नए मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र रावत ने अब इस मिथक को तोड़ने के लिए वास्तुशास्त्र का भी सहारा लिया। जब पुष्‍कर सिंह धामी मुख्‍यमंत्री बने तो वह इस आवास में रहने लगे। 2022 के विधानसभा चुनाव में वह अपनी सीट से हार गए, लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री की दौड़ में जीत गए।
