देहरादून। विधानसभा का शीतकालीन सत्र देहरादून में होगा या गैरसैंण में इस पर 31 को होनी वाली सर्वदलीय बैठक में निर्णय लिया जाएगा। लेकिन, इस मुद्दे पर सियासत तेज हो गई है। कांग्रेस ने सरकार पर गैरसैंण की अनदेखी का आरोप लगाते हुए हमला बोला है।

पार्टी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष करन माहरा का कहना है कि गर्मियों में जब वहां ग्रीष्मकालीन सत्र आयोजित किया जा सकता था, तब सरकार ने चारधाम यात्रा का बहाना बनाकर इसे देहरादून में आयोजित करा दिया। अब सर्दियों में जब वहां बेहद ठंड और बर्फ पड़ती है, तब सरकार गैरसैंण में शीतकालीन सत्र करने की बात कह रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सिर्फ वाहवाही लूटने का प्रयास है।

वहां चतुर्थश्रेणी कर्मियों व पुलिस कर्मियों के रहने के लिए कोई स्थान नहीं है। ऐसे में ठंड में वहां सत्र बुलाकर उन्हें प्रताड़ित नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। सरकार को यदि गैरसैंण में सत्र कराना ही है तो पहले वहां व्यवस्थाएं जुटाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि गैरसैंण में सत्र के नाम पर खानापूर्ति करने के बजाए सरकार को देहरादून में ही आगामी सत्र बुलाना चाहिए।
गैरसैंण को स्थायी राजधानी घोषित करे सरकार
पीसीसी अध्यक्ष माहरा ने कहा कि सरकार में अगर इच्छाशक्ति है तो गैरसैंण को स्थायी राजधानी घोषित करे। गैरसैंण पर्वतीय राज्य की अवधारणा से मेल खाता है। राज्य निर्माण आंदोलन भी गैरसैंण को केंद्र में रखकर लड़ा गया था। देहरादून में राजधानी होने से पहाड़ को कोई फायदा नहीं मिल रहा है।

पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने कहा कि विधानसभा अध्यक्ष का चतुराईपूर्ण कूटनीतिक बयान सामने आया है। जिसमें कहा गया है कि शीतकालीन सत्र गैरसैंण में हो या देहरादून में, इसके लिए सर्व पक्षीय बैठक बुलाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री धामी को भी बताना चाहिए कि राजधानी गैरसैंण कब स्थानांतरित करेंगे, इसके लिए कब सर्वदलीय बैठक बुला रहे हैं। यह जानने की उत्तराखंड को उत्सुकता है।
