मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के साथ कोरोना को लेकर बैठक की। इस दौरान उत्तराखंड में कोरोना रोकथाम को लेकर चर्चा की गई। कोरोना वायरस के नए वेरिएंट को लेकर उत्तराखंड भी सतर्क हो गया है। केंद्र सरकार के दिशा-निर्देश के बाद जल्द ही नई एसओपी (मानक प्रचलन प्रक्रिया) जारी की जाएगी।

स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक डॉ. शैलजा भट्ट ने भी सभी जिलों को कोरोना संक्रमितों के 10 प्रतिशत सैंपलों को जीनोम सीक्वेसिंग के लिए भेजने के लिए निर्देश दिए हैं। चीन समेत कई देशों में कोरोना संक्रमण के मामले तेजी से बढ़ने से केंद्र सरकार के दिशा-निर्देश के बाद उत्तराखंड भी निगरानी बढ़ाने के साथ जीनोम सीक्वेंसिंग के लिए जिलों को निर्देश जारी किए हैं। इसी बीच आज गुरुवार को मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की।

स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक डा. शैलजा भट्ट ने विभागीय अधिकारियों की बैठक कर सीएमओ को निर्देश दिए कि कोरोना संक्रमितों के 10 प्रतिशत सैंपलों की अनिवार्य रूप से जीनोम सीक्वेंसिंग कराई जाए। जिससे कोरोना के नए स्ट्रेन का पता लग सके। उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य में अभी तक ओमिक्रॉन के पुराना स्वरूप का प्रभाव है। वायरस का नया वेरिएंट नहीं मिला है।
