उत्तराखंड में पौड़ी ब्लॉक कल्जीखाल के एक माध्यमिक विद्यालय में कक्षा नौ के छात्र को शिक्षक की ओर से डंडे से पीटने का मामला सामने आया है। छात्र की मां ने सीईओ से शिकायत कर मामले में कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की।

कहा कि शिक्षक के पीटने से छात्र के दाएं हाथ की हड्डी टूट गई है। आगामी 27 फरवरी से वार्षिक परीक्षा है ऐसे में कैसे वह परीक्षा दे पाएगा। वहीं सीईओ ने मामले की जांच बीईओ को सौंप पांच दिन में रिपोर्ट देने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

मरगांव निवासी आर्यन भंडारी राजकीय इंटर कालेज कांडा में कक्षा नौ में पढ़ता है। आर्यन 17 फरवरी को स्कूल गया था। स्कूल पहुंचने पर छात्रों के पीछे एक लावारिस कुत्ता स्कूल परिसर में आ गया जिसके लिए शिक्षक ने आर्यन को दोषी माना और उसे डंडे से पीटना शुरू कर दिया।

आर्यन जब घर पहुंचा तो उसके हाथ पर सूजन थी। उसने मां अरुणा भंडारी को घटना की जानकारी दी। रात में आर्यन के हाथ की सूजन बढ़ी तो अरुणा ने 18 फरवरी को उसे हंस फाउंडेशन अस्पताल चमोलीसैंण, सतपुली ले गईं। अरुणा भंडारी ने बताया कि आर्यन को शिक्षक ने इतना पीटा की उसके दाएं हाथ की हड्डी टूट गई है।

अब वह 27 फरवरी से होने वाली वार्षिक परीक्षा कैसे दे पाएगा। अरुणा ने शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों से शिकायत कर मामले में जल्द कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की। वहीं सीईओ डाॅ. आनंद भारद्वाज ने कहा कि छात्र को पीटना कानूनी अपराध है। उन्होंने मामले में बीईओ को जांच अधिकारी नामित कर पांच दिनों में रिपोर्ट देने के निर्देश दिए हैं। डाॅ. भारद्वाज ने कहा कि जांच रिपोर्ट सामने आने पर मामले में कड़ी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी।
