हल्द्वानी: रामनगर में प्रस्तावित जी-20 सम्मेलन में आने वाले अतिथि कड़े सुरक्षा घेरे में रहेंगे। ऊधम सिंह नगर से लेकर नैनीताल तक सड़कों व आयोजन स्थल के बाहर पुलिस छावनी बनेगी। प्रदेश के 2566 पुलिस कर्मियों और आठ कंपनी पीएसी को सुरक्षा में लगाया जाएगा। आइजी समेत दो एसएसपी खुद भी मोर्चे पर डटे रहेंगे।

  • 20 सीओ, 27 इंस्पेक्टर, 163 दरोगा नैनीताल में ड्यूटी देंगे
  • 13 सीओ, 116 दरोगा उधम सिंह नगर में ड्यूटी पर होंगे तैनात
  • 2 एसएसपी के साथ 12 एएसपी की जवाबदेही तय

जिम कार्बेट पार्क से सटे ढिकुली गांव में 28 से 30 मार्च तक जी-20 सम्मेलन प्रस्तावित है। प्रशासन की ओर से सड़कों की मरम्मत व दीवारों के रंगरोगन का कार्य कराया जा रहा है। अतिथियों के सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारों दो जिलों के पुलिस कप्तानों की है। इनसे भी बड़ी जिम्मेदारी आइजी कुमाऊं डा. नीलेश आनंद भरणे की हो जाती है।

आइजी लगातार दोनों जिलों के अधिकारियों से संपर्क कर रहे हैं। साथ ही कई दौर की बैठकें हो चुकी हैं। डिमांड के हिसाब से मुख्यालय को पत्र भेजकर फोर्स मंगाई जा रही है। 27 मार्च तक पुलिस दोनों जिलों में पहुंच जाएगी। पुलिस कर्मियों को ब्रीफ कर उनकी जिम्मेदारियां तय होंगी। सुरक्षा कर्मियों की संख्या पुलिस ने जारी की है।
